Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Velixo in partnership with Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd (“Kilimanjaro”)
2. Promotion
The prize draw forms part of the Transform your MYOB Reporting in Excel with Velixo webinar, held on Wednesday, 29 July 2026.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must:
– register for the webinar before it commences;
– attend the live webinar on 29 July 2026; and
– remain connected until the conclusion of the webinar.
Only one entry per attendee is permitted.
Employees and contractors of Kilimanjaro Consulting, Velixo, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded.
The prize consists of an experience voucher valued at up to AUD $400.
Depending on the winner’s location, the experience may include:
– BridgeClimb Sydney
– Story Bridge Adventure Climb (Brisbane)
– Melbourne Skydeck
– An alternative experience of equivalent value where the above experiences are not available.
The final experience will be selected in consultation with the winner and is subject to availability.
5. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the conclusion of the webinar.
The draw will be conducted by Kilimanjaro Consulting using a random selection method.
The winner will be notified via the email address used to register for the webinar.
All webinar attendees will be notified by email once the prize draw has been completed and the winner has been selected.
The winner’s name may also be announced as part of the post-webinar communications, unless the winner requests otherwise or where prohibited by law.
If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, Kilimanjaro Consulting reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
6. Prize Conditions
The prize:
– is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
– cannot be substituted by the winner for an alternative prize; and
– is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant experience provider.
Any expenses associated with redeeming the prize, including travel, accommodation, meals or any amount exceeding the prize value, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Liability
Kilimanjaro Consulting and Velixo accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize or its redemption, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the webinar registration and prize draw will be used solely for the administration of the webinar and this promotion and will be handled in accordance with Kilimanjaro Consulting’s Privacy Policy.
9. General
Kilimanjaro Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Please note: Velixo is not compatible with MYOB Exo Business. However, MYOB Exo users are more than welcome to join to research how modern reporting tools, in combination with MYOB Acumatica, can improve their reporting efficiency.
