Chief Executive Officer
Ronnie is the leader of the Kilimanjaro tribe.
My primary role is to guide the tribe up the mountain. This means maintaining a level of awareness of what’s happening over the horizon, and nurturing my tribe to respond quickly to those opportunities or threats. I provide leadership and motivation, and try to encourage my tribe to live within our Golden Rules. Formally, I am responsible for the selection and appointment of our leadership. I assist my team leaders to develop policies, objectives and indicators. I monitor the progress and performance of our tribal team leaders. I like to maintain relationships with our key clients and allies. Statutory compliance and financial performance are important to me. The most important task is understanding every member of the tribe, and helping them to achieve personal excellence.
I have more than 30 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, management consultant, senior executive, director and agribusiness professional. My diverse background, combined with strong analytical and facilitation skills, has given me a deep insight into businesses across most industry sectors and in various stages of development. My background explains the Kilimanjaro name and is central to our commitment to working with clients as a “farmers not hunters” –willing to invest for the long-term and keen to nurture lasting and trusted relationships. I like to think I have some wisdom, but not in the sense of being a “wise old man”. I also bring youth and humour.
General Manager (NZ)
Grant is a highly experienced MYOB enterprise specialist who manages Kilimanjaro NZ.
I manage the local operation as the proxy of CEO Ronnie Baskind. This involves general management, all local HR matters, revenue & sustainability, facilities and logistics. I am driven to lead good people to achieve great things.

I was the previous owner of Bizpro NZ Ltd, GlobalBizpro Ltd (sold to Enprise 2015) and have 25 years in software sales and consulting. With extensive experience in selling and implementing software solutions for business generally, my key passion lies within Manufacturing and Retail (POS Systems).
Outside of work, I enjoy playing the guitar, refereeing touch rugby, running, mountain biking and caravanning as well as being a try-hard comedian.
Director: Operations and MYOB Advanced
Jason keeps the Kilimanjaro tribe ahead of the game and ensures that they all rise to their potential.
My primary role is to keep the tribe moving. Whether this is the logistics of how we continue to move (through the methodology) or the day to day running we keep moving. It is important that our tribe is the leader in our field, moving faster than all others. Together with this, we continually improve efficiencies and up skilling of our tribe members which in turn benefits our clients. I ensure that all tribe members follow our Golden Rules and reinforce the importance of these on a daily basis. I love to work with every member of the tribe and enjoy watching them grow. I strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset.
My formal qualifications are in Engineering where I majored in software engineering. Applying the principles in engineering to software solutions is very near to my heart and something I believe in. This can be seen through our structured methodology that has evolved with us over all these years. It can also be seen in the internal systems we have in place such as our own Wiki and structured way of organising and presenting information. I feel there is always a solution and an answer to every question and working these through with my team is what I bring to the tribe most. There is no better feeling than solving what seems to be an impossible question for a client working with a team.
Service Delivery Manager (AU)
Being part of the management, implementation and training teams, Kate’s main goal is to ensure that MYOB Exo is understood by our clients.
My role within Kilimanjaro is constantly evolving and I love the way it keeps me on my toes. Having studied teaching and business management at UTS, learning was and will always be my primary focus. Whether it be designing and delivering custom training for highly configured sites or ensuring a UAT program is adequately catering to the needs of an organisation, my aim is to ensure that the technology we deliver is understood by the client. We have some of the smartest technical minds in the business but unless our clients can use and understand this technology, their efforts will be wasted. I am also directly involved as an implementer on a number of projects and as a result, have developed a deep respect for our methodology.
I have worked with a wide variety of industries in developing national training programs, as well as delivering coaching and change management programs in top tier consulting firms during my three years in the UK. This has given me strong project management and communication skills as well as a unique insight into the people who work in our client organisations. I am particularly focused on individual and client needs and always look for the Win-Win solution. Wherever possible this is achieved through the use of coaching techniques so that everyone feels ownership of the final solution. 1 + 1 definitely equals 3.
Service Delivery Manager (NZ)
Murray delivers incremental improvements to the customer experience for all our clients.
I’m involved in formulating strategy around the support process and helping our teams to implement that strategy. I’m also responsible for communicating our strategic vision and aligning our processes to that vision. A key focus is #ClientFirst and my job is to role model client-centric behaviours and reinforce those behaviours in others. I still spend a large part of my day working directly with customers in a consulting capacity. I also pick up the odd support call along the way!
I’ve worked for about 20 years in the finance + IT space, including 15 years with Enprise. Prior to that, I worked as a Tax Accountant for EY London (great fun!) and Deloitte’s. I hold a degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Management Systems. It’s only taken me 30 years to start putting some of that study into practice!
I’m an avid rugby fan and played rugby up until I was about 45. I use the term “played” loosely. I’m blessed to be married to my wife Dallas, who is as passionate about cooking good food as I am about eating it. We travelled to Europe when we were younger before returning to New Zealand to start a family. Our idea of a perfect holiday now is camping with friends at one of Northlands amazing beaches.

Sean works closely with business leaders to help them on their journey of assessing ERP solutions within the MYOB platform.
My role within Kilimanjaro, in addition to being a member of the management team, is to work closely with business leaders and help them on their journey of assessing ERP Solutions within the MYOB platform, with the ultimate goal to improve efficiency in their organisations.
By utilising my experience with ERP products, Kilimanjaro’s methodologies and industry knowledge, I am able to help minimise risk for potential clients throughout their journey “one step at a time”.
I have had a long association (over 17 years) with ERP solutions. First implementing end end-to-end business solutions across a wide range of industries and then focusing on business process improvement in businesses through better utilisation of their ERP and incorporating “best of breed” connected services. I bring not only a deep technical product knowledge but experience in analysing business needs and helping potential clients with their decisions to move onto the MYOB platform and letting Kilimanjaro Consulting guide them on this journey.
ANZ Manager: Strategic Account Management and Connected Services
Stephen works closely with our clients to support them in the transformation of their businesses through creative and innovative technologies
My primary role within Kilimanjaro is to understand our customer’s needs. I lead Kilimanjaro’s Strategic Account Management and Connected Services team as we support our customers and engage with the broader tribe to identify solutions and services that will benefit our customers and help them ’sharpen the spear’.
We recognise that technology is one element of transformation, that people and processes need to be aligned, and that culture and change are often the most significant challenges our customers face. MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced are key technology enablers in our customer’s journey to optimise operational efficiency, enhance customer value, manage risk and uncover new revenue opportunities.
I’ve worn many hats in my career including software development, ERP implementation and IT management responsibilities. This multi-disciplinary perspective helps me understand the business drivers, while also getting both the big picture and the intricate details.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen oversees the financial aspects of the Kilimanjaro tribe.
As the CFO and Commercial Manager, my primary role in Kilimanjaro Consulting is to manage the financial aspects of the company. I work to improve the financial processes, optimising them for the long run – ensuring Kilimanjaro’s finances are sustainable and efficient, with viable goals and targets for the finance team and for the business as a whole.
I oversee the finance team in both Australia and New Zealand and am helping the team standardise and optimise our process across the geography. I am also responsible of Kilimanjaro’s budgets and costs and then monitor the company’s performance against these targets over the year, briefing the CEO, the Board and the Plenary Team on our performance.
Starting my career and Ernst & Young, with around 30 years of experience in financial roles, I’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity to collaborate with great people within leading global multinationals, as well as within privately held SMEs. I’ve seen best practice in businesses in the IT and consulting industries, and am working with the teams at Kilimanjaro Consulting to meet and exceed these standards.
I take pride in all that I do and in the long-term relationships I’ve fostered in the process. I believe that hard work and thinking outside the box pay off, and that my efforts to ensure the success of the team I work with, and the company I work for, will repay me in full in the long run.
Group Financial Controller
Chantelle oversees all of the Enprise Group’s finance and accounting functions, including its subsidiaries which include Kilimanjaro.
I work closely with the finance and management team to provide financial reports, analysis and advice to allow the smooth running of all financial aspects of the Enterprise Division. I actively work to ensure we work towards exceeding our growth and strategic targets and am responsible for the Enprise Group Board reporting and all financial and reporting requirements as a listed entity.
I am a qualified CA with 13+ years of experience in public practice prior to coming to Kilimanjaro/Enprise as the group financial controller. My years in public practice have allowed me to have access to a wide range of companies and industries where I specialised in medium-large corporates with more complex reporting requirements. Working in public practice also allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in professional services, which is a large part of what we do at Kilimanjaro.
Prior to committing myself full-time to my love of accounting and numbers, I also dabbled in another love and trained and worked as a Pastry Chef and still make the occasional wedding and celebration cakes for friends and families. My other loves are my two children and, when I can, travelling around our beautiful country to explore all that New Zealand has to offer.
As the finance manager, I prepare the workings and journal entries for the month-end close and month-end reconciliations for Kilimanjaro Consulting. I also organise the payments to our suppliers on a weekly basis, ensuring our finances are up-to-date. Additionally, I am working with the NZ team in transitioning the finance function for ANZ, and oversee the rollout of Expense Manager in NZ.
Prior to working in Australia, I have over 3 and a half years of experience as a finance manager in a similar-sized company in Ireland. My expertise in reporting comes from my experience in month-end consolidated reporting and leading the company audit each year. When the opportunity comes, I like to travel. When I’m not travelling, I like to catch up with friends and go to the gym (or at least try to!).
Marketing Manager ANZ
Izabela is the driving force of Kilimanjaro’s Marketing Department
I am in charge of the Marketing Department, responsible for developing, implementing and executing Kilimanjaro’s Marketing Plan. In everyday tasks, I promote the business’ vision and mission in line with the Kilimanjaro brand. I manage all Marketing Communication channels making sure our current and potential clients are informed and have easy access to information about Kilimanjaro.
I always say there is room for improvement, and I bring a drive to make things better. With over 8 years of experience in marketing in the ERP industry, I feel confident with taking Kilimanjaro to the top of the marketing mountain. I admire challenging tasks, working with clients and building outstanding relationships with them. I have completed an Engineering degree in Spatial Development and Infrastructure but decided to change my career pathway into Marketing where I have found my true passion. Following my heart, I have gained my marketing skills during Postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing.
Team Leader: Payroll
Julia works with our clients to smoothly implement Exo Payroll.
It is my role to assist the clients, from beginning to end, with the Implementation of their Exo payroll software. This includes the collecting of their information, setting up their database, training and eventual running of their live payroll. After which, I am available to assist with any support questions that they may have.
My knowledge and experience in Payroll and Time & Attendance implementation, training and after-sales support and service to our clients.
Team Leader: Specialist Development
Katrina is an integral part of our implementations team and works specifically with upgrades, Clarity and SQL functionality.
My role is to “Improve efficiency in our clients’ companies through the clever use of creative, innovative and proven technology”. I do this through implementing Exo Business, upgrading to access new features and creating custom solutions using Clarity and SQL functionality.
I bring experience as an end-user with Exo and Clarity, I have been the ‘Project Champion’ on the client side for implementations and process improvement. I have managed small, medium and large retail businesses and in these roles was consistently driving performance by improving processes. In each business role, I became the ‘unofficial’ systems go to person between operations and IT and as a result moved into a Business Analyst role so I could be the ‘official’ go to person instead! At Kilimanjaro, I enjoy being one of a whole team of go to people, and having experts in different areas that can pull together to create awesome solutions.
Team Leader: Support
I encourage and support my tribe to think outside the box.
My primary role is to work closely with the Account management team, Implementation team, Project teams and MYOB, to ensure our Support services are delivered effectively and efficiently to our clients. I ensure that my tribe members embody the company Golden Rules and encourage knowledge and personal growth within my tribe. The Level 1 Support team are often the first point of contact with clients, and I am here to make sure that our clients become advocates for Kilimanjaro.
I believe I bring a wealth of personal experience to the support team. I have formal qualifications in Accounting and a background knowledge of Exo Business, coming from many years as a user. I have had extensive experience in product support, team leadership and accounting. I encourage and support my tribe to think outside the box and understand user perspectives when finding resolutions for complex issues. However, it’s my interest in baking and my talent with cupcakes that brings the smile to my tribe.
Team Leader: MYOB Advanced Support
Through his leadership qualities, Kelly accurately assesses and solves MYOB Advanced issues.
As Team Leader of support for Kilimanjaro’s MYOB Advanced clients, it is my role to make the support process as smooth and efficient as possible. I am the first point of contact when clients go live with implementations, to introduce them to the support team and the process on how we will support them. The support team need to be responsive to identify which cases are the most urgent and the priority but also responding to all cases in a timely manner. This allows clients to continue using the product as effectively as possible.
I have over 20 years of experience supporting clients in financial applications. I bring a fresh analytical mind to every support query to try and solve them as quickly as possible. Often the answer can be right in front of you if you can see with fresh eyes. For example, did you know that Kilimanjaro has the 5 consecutive letters KLMNO within in it, and in the right order?
Team Leader: Advanced Finance
Mari-Liis strives to assist businesses to scale new heights.
My role is within the Advanced Team providing implementation services. I help businesses manage and achieve growth by designing and configuring ERP systems that are efficient and intuitive. I work closely with clients to ensure the software meets their needs and that it integrates smoothly with their existing systems and business processes.
With more than 10 years of experience in implementing ERP in Europe, Asia and Australia, I offer an excellent understanding of business processes across a range of industries that have been gained through ERP consultancy. I am an agile thinker, adaptive to change with an exceptional eye for detail. Previously, I worked as an accountant and I now hold a CPA. With this experience, I consistently deliver in a number of ways including cost reduction strategy and project analysis. My end goal is always a successful delivery of any tasks to the client. I have a passion for lifelong professional and personal development.
Manager: MYOB Advanced ANZ

Michael works in the Advanced team providing implementation services to new clients and project/support services to existing clients.
I lead and work with the Advanced team in providing implementation services to new clients and project & support services to existing clients to utilise Advanced to its potential.
20+ years experience in Accounting and as an Implementation consultant combined across various industries and various ERP products, I am always looking for ways to improve business processes and allow customers to get the most out of their investment using an outcome-oriented approach.

Nick helps clients leverage their ERP system to its fullest potential.
At Kilimanjaro, I design, train and implement MYOB Advanced for clients across Australia. I also work closely with current clients to ensure they are taking advantage of product updates as they become available.
I have 7+ years’ experience implementing and supporting ERP, through this experience I have had the pleasure of working with clients across many industries in Australia and New Zealand. My IT and Systems Management background gives me a unique perspective on issues that come up in implementations and support. I often use this experience to look at the bigger picture, suggesting solutions that fit within/complement a clients existing technology ecosystem.
Being based in Christchurch, Quintin is responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest quality training on MYOB Exo.
Training and educating staff is critical for getting the most out of your MYOB product. One of our team’s strengths is the training available to clients across Australia and New Zealand. Recognising the potential for us to provide training opportunities to users of Exo Business, Exo Employer Services and MYOB Advanced, I have the exciting responsibility of managing all our training courses, investigating new opportunities for training and developing new training courses. I also liaison between clients and our consultants to provide customised training tailored specifically to the client’s needs and requirements.
Prior to joining the Kilimanjaro Tribe, I managed the Partner Education Program for MYOB’s Enterprise Solution Division, upskilling new Exo Business consultants and developing a certification program for Exo Employer Services. Coming from a consulting background, I understand the principals involved in implementing a new system. As a qualified trainer, I also understand the importance of providing relevant and up-to-date training. With nearly two decades of knowledge on payroll and finance, I can ensure that our team provide the most appropriate training to help clients get the most out of their MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced systems.
Team Leader – Impress – NZ
Roselyn leads her team, as well as working across Project management, Consulting, Implementations and Training to deliver the best results for her clients.
My key responsibilities at Enprise are Account Management, Project Management & Manage the Impress NZ Team. I’m also involved in Client demonstrations/meetings and help to offer possible solutions to meet the client’s growing business demands. I’m also a certified consultant and I do help out with Support & Implementations of Software Solutions as and when required.

I bring the knowledge, expertise and training skills that I have developed over the years since joining Enprise (now Kilimanjaro) as a Junior Support Consultant back in 2009. I now host over 11 years of experience in the MYOB Exo Space. This journey has given me the opportunity to grow my knowledge of ERP systems and challenge myself with heightened responsibilities. I actually left for a time back in 2013, but soon returned after discovering that the grass was not greener on the other side. We have such a good culture and environment here!
In 2016, I was appointed as Support Team Leader in March 2016, tasked with managing and supporting the team to foster growth in each individual role. I enjoyed this so much as I love helping people sharing the knowledge that I’ve gained over the years. Finally, in August 2020, I was given the responsibility of managing more Senior Consultants, and I believe this to be quite a different challenge of its own! But hey – who doesn’t love a challenge!
Team Leader: Impress Projects

Managing Kilimanjaro’s Melbourne tribe, Terelou dabbles in all things EXO
My tribe responsibilities include Exo implementation, Process improvement, Exo support, and Exo training (End User, Administrator, Clarity Beginners, Clarity Intermediate and Customised Onsite training) wherein my 12 years of Exo experience was utilised coupled with my logical troubleshooting skills and vast knowledge in Microsoft SQL Servers. I also conduct Exo Demo and company visit if requested.
Working under the Tribal Chief, I recently have received the honour and duty of managing our fellow tribe In Melbourne.
I was originally a member of the Exonet team in NZ when the software was still known as ‘Exonet 3000’. I worked at MYOB for 8 years as the Support and Training Manager and then joined Kilimanjaro tribe in February 2008.
Team Leader: Impress Solutions
Wayne is passionate about providing innovative and quality solutions that improve businesses.
I work in the projects team to assist Kilimanjaro’s customers with any tricky challenges they may be facing as well as training and project management/implementation.
I have years of experience in consulting, implementation and support of various ERP systems, specialist application software, database administration, SQL and report writing. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the tribe and our customers. I have worked all around Australia on both the east and west coast of the United States. With formal qualifications in both IT and Accounting, I like using my analytical and problem-solving skills to help people and businesses to perform better. I am highly motivated by good coffee 🙂
Marketing Administration Assistant
Abbey performs administrative duties for all marketing-related activities.
My role at Kilimanjaro is to assist with all of our marketing activities throughout the year. My job entails all facets of marketing, which means I am doing something new every day. Some of my daily activities include maintaining and updating Kilimanjaro’s website, content writing and editing, coordinating newsletters, and ensuring that Kilimanjaro keeps up with social media by maintaining our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles. Additionally, I take care of reporting and present valuable insight to our Marketing Manager.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Psychology specialising in marketing and international business. I enjoy bringing my interest in the two different areas to my work at Kilimanjaro. I am a very organised person and enjoy working within the marketing team to bring ideas to life. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music especially live and visiting new places.
Technical Solution Architect
Adrian delivers maximum value to clients on new implementations and changes to existing systems.
I work with clients and other project team members on fully understanding the clients’ business needs and finding and delivering the best value possible, tailored to clients’ business systems, structure and processes.
I bring a thorough understanding of both business and IT perspectives of a business software project through formal education (Master of Science in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration), professional education (ITIL, Prince2, CBAP) and more than a decade of experience (as a business analyst, solution architect, software architect, project manager, change manager and operations manager). I love delivering cutting edge solutions using the most advanced software in the market for the best providers in the market. I strongly believe that I’m currently in that best position with MYOB Advanced and Kilimanjaro Consulting.
MYOB Exo Consultant – Projects Team
Andrew is a key member of our Client Services team and specialises in transitioning from AccountRight to MYOB Exo.
I provide support for MYOB Exo Business and help with any tough questions that come up when converting clients from AccountRight to Exo.
I have a background in technical support and education in accounting software. I worked for MYOB and an internet startup supporting clients and training staff on accounts processes.
Andrew helps to tell the story of Kilimanjaro Consulting.
As part of the Marketing Team, I work to follow and carry out the Marketing Plan. I collaborate with the other teams in the company to write informative and up-to-date content for our website, as well as our customer focussed newsletters. I also execute various campaigns and activities that reach clients and help them make informed decisions about improving their business’ efficiency.
I have almost 10 years’ experience working in inventory-based companies across sales, marketing, management, and stock control. This has given me a fundamental understanding of our current and potential customers’ needs and the gaps that MYOB’s Enterprise software can fill. I enjoy solving puzzles and pride myself on being able to solve problems both creatively and analytically. I am also a keen sportsman which has fostered my ability to work as part of a team.
MYOB Exo Consultant – Projects Team

The main focus of my role at Kilimanjaro is to understand our customers individual and evolving needs around different business processes. I aim to implement solutions around individual requirements and different business processes that are effective and easy to use.
With more than 4 years of experience working as a technical consultant, I understand a range of different ERP and CRM products, with the help of my background education in Software Engineering. This education has given me reliable leverage towards a better understanding of client needs, products, SQL and Clarity customization.
Support Consultant – MYOB Advanced
Ayessa’s primary focus is providing services to our MYOB Advanced client base.
On an average day as a Support Consultant, I provide client services in the hope of resolving any issues raised by our clients via phone or email correspondence. To do so, I liaise with the MYOB Advanced team, MYOB Support team, as well as the clients themselves. Finally, a major part of my role is the maintenance of records and tickets in our MYOB Advanced CRM and case management system.
As an accounting graduate from St. Paul College of Manila, I have a wealth of over 18 years of experience in the Accounting, Business Analysis and Support Specialist fields. I have also headed teams consisting of Business Analysts, Software Engineers and Quality Analysts in product development in the past and enjoyed taking on the responsibility of working with incredible people. Outside of work, I love watching action movies, gardening and online shopping!
Bernadette provides clients with solutions via supporting their journey through Exo Business.
As a part of the support team, my role revolves around providing solutions to customers in a wide range of areas relating to Exo Business such as processing enquiries, building and modifying reports, and technical questions. In general, I enjoy transferring my knowledge of MYOB Exo Business to the clients so that they can feel empowered to make the most out of their system while making it work for them.
I have had the pleasure of working closely with MYOB Exo since 2008. Therefore, I feel confident to bring my experience in support, implementation, and training to the table. I value client service and satisfaction above all else, believing that it is imperative to cultivate and achieve the highest possible standard.
MYOB Advanced Consultant – Projects Team
Bill brings many years of consulting, accounting and end-user experience into his new role as an MYOB Advanced Consultant.
My role within Kilimanjaro is to understand client requirements and provide customisations for MYOB Advanced Clients. This includes designing and implementing tailored solutions in order to allow the client to use the software as they desire, as well as in a way that exceeds their expectations.
Attaining more than 10-years in ERP consulting/customisation experience through my background in Accounting and Finance has helped me to understand clients’ requests accurately and provide tailored solutions efficiently. I am passionate about helping each client to succeed by using our tailored Advanced ERP system.
Consultant: Strategic Account Management & Connected Services
Brent is an experienced solutions consultant and account manager who provides quality support and advice to our clients.
I have two primary functions within my role at Kilimanjaro. The first, as an account manager, is to maintain a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients and ensure that they receive the best possible service and advice. The second is to understand the requirements of the clients’ needs so that I can recommend the best add-on services that will add value to the core MYOB Product to improve current business workflows and optimise processes to maximise the value we can provide the business with.
With nearly a decade of providing small businesses practical solutions to increase the efficiency and value through a methodical and analytical approach, I bring that same methodology to the Kilimanjaro tribe. Studying physics and astronomy in my spare time, I am a problem-solving nut! I use that same scientific approach with my work where I strive to have a clear understanding of the problem in front of me and then find the best method to resolve it.
Senior Consultant – MYOB Advanced
Canberra, ACT / Melbourne, VIC
Candice works in the Advanced team on implementation and support services.
As a consultant, I work on implementation services for new clients whilst supporting existing clients with MYOB Advanced. I also take every opportunity to assist in any capacity, as I love the challenge of finding better solutions.
With a background in Finance and Accounting Services, I endeavour to use this experience when managing clients and their expectations. Chris maintains and supports the ExoHosted infrastructure and its clients with a particular focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
My primary focus is ExoHosted and looking after over 800 users and 50+ servers, ensuring users can access the environment and work efficiently every day. Making customers the priority allows me to keep an emphasis on our #ClientFirst strategy.
With my Diploma in Information Technology and Bachelors in Digital Technology specialising in software engineering and website development, I have over 8 years of experience in the IT field, 6 of which have been at Enprise Solutions. I’m always self-developing and trying to broaden my knowledge, especially with technology changing so rapidly.
I live in the beautiful Bay of Plenty so try and get to the beach as often as I can. Gamer and movie nut, and recently got into the gym scene and indoor football. Would like to do a LOT more travelling, in NZ and abroad, but have recently bought my first home so have switched my priorities to become an interior designer instead.

My role as a consultant is to provide a wide range of support services to the clients of Kilimanjaro Consulting. Working in the busy Client Services team, I provide support on MYOB Exo Business and its many modules.
Thanks to the advances in technology, support can be provided efficiently via a number options including TeamViewer, remote access direct to servers, 3rd party products, phone, email and more. Most days, all the above options are used with my preference being a combination of TeamViewer and phone support. In addition to the relationship that is built from talking to a client, I feel that it is paramount to understand the exact nature of the issue in order to find the right solution. Therefore, listening to the customer, whilst watching their TeamViewer session, is a great way to gain an understanding of the problem.
Prior to Kilimanjaro, I completed a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting. Combining the knowledge from this degree along with the technical skills in Exo, will equip me with the ability to solve clients’ problems and assist them in understanding any financial aspects that can arise as a result of these issues. In addition to my degree, I am completing a Chartered Accountant qualification to increase my existing accounting knowledge and improve upon the quality of service that I can provide to my clients.

Senior Consultant – MYOB Advanced
Denys provides MYOB Advanced implementation services as well as customisation and integration solutions to new and existing clients.
As a part of the Advanced team, I work on implementation projects, focusing especially on tasks that require tailoring to specific functionality requests. I design new functional modules and deliver customisation and integration solutions tailored to client’s needs.
I have more than 10 years in software development and ERP consulting, including 5 years of experience with MYOB Advanced. I use my understanding of how MYOB Advanced is built and share insightful tips and tricks. My experience includes designing new modules and customisation of existing modules and integrating MYOB Advanced with various third-party applications.
Deon is responsible for the collection of outstanding debt and driving resolutions to resolve customer disputes.
As a goal-driven person, my aim is to reduce the debt outstanding on our debtor’s ledger. In my time here, I have already made great progress in reducing the debt. 120+days started at 10% and has now been reduced to a mere 3% of the ledger. I am the type of person who likes everything done yesterday. I can’t stand procrastination and this is reflected in the time I respond to queries from customers. I firmly believe that Credit Control/AR is a function of customer service. To this end, I believe that providing a fast, efficient response to a customer’s enquiry contributes to the company goal of being the best at what we do and delivering great customer focussed service.
I started out in Export Sales and moved into Finance. I was the youngest Credit Manager in the history of the first company I worked at in South Africa. In my last role, I was the Assistant Credit Manager responsible for managing the debtors in three countries, with six staff reporting to me. Being more mature, I relish the chance to let my experience do the talking and I am quite happy to work in the background. I am a total Lego fanatic and enjoy the challenge of obtaining the bricks required to build retired, sometimes very expensive sets. K-C already has a cupcake girl, well I am the cheesecake boy. I love cooking and my cheesecakes are second to none. A walk on the beach on weekends is the perfect time to unwind and just have some together time with my partner. My role within Kilimanjaro is to discover simple solutions to the complex brain teasers that arise from the implementation and support of MYOB Advanced systems.
With a background in engineering, I’ve had about 10 years of experience in working with ERP Systems throughout both small and large regulated companies. I’ve also had experience in design engineering positions within an Aerospace engineering manufacturing facility. As a certified PMI PMP, I’m interested in lean principles, continuous improvements and process optimisation. However, my personal interests are practising Buddhism, helping others who are in need, cooking, and gardening with the objective of one day becoming self-sufficient.
Special Projects Assistant
Dylan works on marketing analysis and reporting as well as special project design to improve efficiencies within the company.
I create reports and analysis for the marketing team based off of leads and website data that allows the team to gain insights into both existing and potential clients. I also design programs that can be implemented throughout the company, which integrate different processes to save time and increase efficiency.
I have completed an undergraduate degree in business analytics and security studies and currently undertaking a masters in analytics. I enjoy problem-solving and creating solutions to analytical tasks along with learning new techniques and methods to increase my productivity and contribution to the team.
Elvina delves into client’s issue, helping identify what went wrong and providing a solution.
My role within Kilimanjaro is to answer support calls and help clients to my best ability. I also refer clients to the most suitable consultant if need be. I work on a range of different issues that could occur in MYOB Exo Business. I look at clients issues and strive to resolve this for them. My role also involves me working on clarity forms and doing simple coding/investigation work in SQL and reading up on the user guide and internal SharePoint to continue learning about Exo.
I have a background of admin work at a life insurance company, with additional experience in simple data entry and managing customers accounts. I graduated from the University of Auckland where I majored in Accounting and statistics. In my free time, I like to take my dogs for walks and watch tv shows.
Carry out all phases of a system implementation including scoping the customer needs, system configuration, training, data conversion, go-live assistance, and support. I work closely with customers to scope solutions needed for customisations and integrations and work with developers, carrying out testing of these developments. Additionally, I support existing customers with queries on all areas of Exo.
I have 10 years of experience supporting and implementing MYOB Exo with customers across many different industries in New Zealand and Australia. My previous experience includes implementing and supporting another financial system plus project managing and implementing a front of house system in the hotel industry in NZ, Australia, Canada, and the United States. I have an accounting degree from Waikato University and have held various financial positions at different companies in NZ as well as working in the hotel industry in my younger days in both NZ and England, while on my OE. I have a solid understanding of business processes and practices and my accounting knowledge is key in communications with financial management & analysis of accuracy in financial reporting. My previous and current database work, attention to detail and understanding of business process enables me to bridge the gap between the customer and the technical IT guru when working with system integrations or customisations. Outside of work my hobbies include gardening, bush walks, spoiling 2 gorgeous white and ginger kittens we acquired just after lockdown, attending hot rod events in our 1938 Ford Coupe that my husband and I recently purchased and keeping fit by Rock & Roll dancing as often as possible.

Heena is part of Kilimanjaro’s Support team and specifically focuses on Clarity Report Writing.
On a day to day basis, I assist clients with writing custom reports. I also investigate and troubleshoot Exo issues. Recently, I have moved to the Projects Team, where my focus is more on complex report designing, enhancement to Exo utility and providing the client with new functionality using SQL.
Following a Bachelor and Masters in Computer Application, I have had a lot of experience in creating desktop/web applications with .NET. I have also gained knowledge in using different backend tools such as MS Access, My SQL, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014. For the last nine years, I have worked with MYOB Exo, and for the 7 of these, I have been with Kilimanjaro. In this time I have explored my knowledge more towards Clarity, GL reports, SQL with coding triggers, Stored procedures, Functions, Views and CTE’s, SSRS Reports and more.

I have over 10 years as a Business Consultant implementing many ERP installations throughout Australia and New Zealand. More recently, I have been on the customer side as an IT Manager for a large National business where part of my role was to manage the ERP and eCommerce platforms. These Accounting and Wholesale Distribution skills and backgrounds have well prepared me to get back on the tools and help customers with their MYOB Advanced implementations. Outside of work, I love rock climbing – it’s the best!

My job starts with a discussion about the prospect’s business, what difficulties they face, and what new functionality they can expect from an ERP solution. We discuss the impact of growth on the business. We look at the new pains and the existing ones, and what work-a-rounds, add-ons and disparate systems are still being used, and how they affected the business. I then introduce the prospect to the benefits of partnering with Kilimanjaro using either MYOB EXO or MYOB Advanced to tackle the future.
As an education graduate of the state-school-closure-period of the 90’s, I had to stop and re-evaluate my future. My interests in computers and system design lead me to information technology sales. Starting on the phones making appointments for my seniors, I quickly moved to selling software and hardware in my own right. Joanna enjoys assisting clients with any issue that they encounter with their ERP system.
I am an experienced consultant in both ERP and payroll software with a history of working with multiple different products. Primarily, I provide implementation services whilst supporting existing clients with MYOB Advanced People. I also work in the MYOB Exo Projects team to assist with Exo implementations, Upgrades and Server Moves. In general, I aim to help our clients whenever I can with whatever they need.
With a background in accounting as a fully certified CPA, I’ve accumulated 10 years of experience in the field, allowing me to understand what clients really want from an end-user perspective. Combined with my ERP consulting experiences, I endeavour to assist all of our clients and make their lives and work systems easier.
Product Manager-MORE MX
Josh designs and implements solutions for manufacturing clients in New Zealand and Australia via the MORE MX software suite.
I am committed to the achievable goal of delivering the best manufacturing software solutions in the world.
As the product manager for MORE MX, this means whatever it takes, and I am involved in everything from support and implementation to project management and sales as a one-stop-shop to take a customer from spreadsheets and whiteboards to automated visual scheduling board tracked workorder management. On a daily basis, I can be seen building reports, staring at mountains of SQL code, modifying front end displays with pretty but meaningful colours, and learning more about what our clients need so that I can help make that a reality.
There’s a photo of me on a computer at 1 year old, so while I lack the credentials of today’s iPad babies, I’ve been tinkering with technology for a long time.
After university, I started at a carpentry company doing data entry, only to end up writing that company an excel spreadsheet that automated their invoicing, project claims, and subcontractor work forms.
That sheet got me started in the consulting and BA career line, and after picking up a keen interest in manufacturing, the rest is (a short for now) history. While in my long-ago younger days I loved comedy and participated in standup, ice skating, karate, and other exciting activities that look good on a list of things that you’ve done in your life, these days I am more relaxed. I’m an avid “indoor hobbyist” and will mostly be found indoors playing video games with my girlfriend, playing board games with my cat, and adding less serious items to otherwise reasonable lists.
Keegan is a key member of our Employer Services team and specialises in EXO Payroll .
I provide support to customer queries in the MYOB Exo Payroll, time and attendance, and my staff information software, as well as run the Melbourne MYOB Exo Payroll training courses.

I provide solutions to customers in a wide range of areas relating to Exo Business; from processing enquiries, building reports to technical questions. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with both customers and within the tribe to empower Exo Business users with the knowledge to get the most out of their system, to make the system work for them.
Having worked with Exo Business since 2010 I have many years of experience with the software. I enjoy delving in deeper to learn more and more about the products. I have had the opportunity to work with some great people that have imparted some great skills which I have a passion to share with the Tribe. Some of these skills include scripting with SQL, Delphi programming and website development. Whilst I do not consider myself a programmer or web developer, the exposure I have had helps me to understand what is possible when it comes to customising your system to work for you, and where the limitations are.
Prior to working with Exo Business I have implemented and trained users of other software packages. I have also spent a number of years working in stock control and accounts based roles. This gives me a wide range of knowledge of working on both sides of a software package, as end user and supporting end users.
Leo improves and maintains the IT infrastructure to help the company run efficiently.
As part of the IT Team, my main role at Kilimanjaro is to develop and provide Technical Support and improving the Business IT infrastructure. I am also involved in the writing of technical documentation, procedures, and guides.
I bring a wealth of experience in supporting and managing IT infrastructure, grown from my experience with PowerShell, MS Server, and MS product. In my free time, I enjoy watching NRL and UFC, and my hobbies include everything electronic hobby and keeping up with the latest on Technology.
Manan uses his extensive experience in ERP systems and accounting to provide our clients with effective solutions that improve business processes.
I work in the Exo Business team providing implementation services to new clients and project services to existing clients. As an Implementation consultant, I provide end to end services ranging from system design/build, data migration to Go-Live. This is achieved through creating client synergies, and assisting clients to make their business processes more efficient and effective by maximising benefits of the Exo ERP application.
I have over 10 years of experience working in various roles in multiple ERP systems, giving me deep insight into client business processes. This helps me to understand client problems and provide solutions at a greater pace. Having also worked as an Accountant previously, I am able to understand financial/accounting problems intricately in order to provide effective solutions.

I have over 10 years of experience in implementation using various different ERP software. My diverse background working in various industries along with strong analytical skills has provided me extensive understanding that an ERP system is not just a finance system but it is the backbone for assisting upper management in making critical decisions for an organisation. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the beautiful forest tracks and beaches.
Nick is naturally curious about solving problems.
My role at Kilimanjaro is to aid the ANZ Sales Team when engaging with potential new customers. Providing top-level demos through to full custom demonstrations based on the client’s needs. I answer the prospect’s technical questions on the functionality and processes within MYOB Advanced.
Having worked in ERP Software for the last 17 years and in manufacturing prior to that, I bring a broad knowledge of Industries with me. Implementing and training business solutions for 5 years in the UK, I moved to New Zealand where I started my tenure with MYOB for 8 years. From there I became a Product Specialist in both MYOB Exo Business and MYOB Advanced Business. I trained all of the new NZ consultants in both products and ran assistance for the Partners when stuck on queries. I also ran Webinars and Product Sales demonstrations. My depth of knowledge in both Exo and Advanced is comprehensive and I hope to assist Kilimanjaro in any way I can.

At Enprise, I have the unique privilege of working alongside a team of experts with skills to implement our solutions, so I balance this equation by bringing some business acumen to the project, ensuring that business leaders see us as the right fit. It just so happens that in my 20 years here in New Zealand, 12 of those have been across different industries, across an array of technical support, client retention, and client acquisition roles.
Personally, I love traveling. I’ve got fond memories of growing up in places like Argentina, Botswana, and Hong Kong. This was before coming to earn a degree in Organisational Studies and Economics at Auckland, and well before becoming a family man. First and foremost, I’m a qualified accountant, and this has been a key asset when dealing with prospective clients. My accounting knowledge and technical understanding mean that I can quickly grasp the clients’ needs, translate them for the technical team, and find a solution that best fits their requirements. Having been a user and implementer of multiple ERP systems over the years, I can relate to what the customers has to go through in their journey and provide insights along the way.
I like to think that I bring experience and exposure from working with many diverse businesses over the past 35 years. With seemingly different yet common underlying requirements, I strive to provide them with the information they need to make better and more informed decisions.
I have had a long and successful association with MYOB Enterprise Business Solutions, MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced. Starting with Very Impressive Software (VIS) with my business partner in 1992, we soon became one of the largest MYOB Enterprise solution dealers for the lower North Island. Enprise then acquired the MYOB client base of VIS and I joined them in a sales and account management role in 2010. Over the years at Enprise, I have managed the Wellington Office and sales teams across both Auckland and Wellington as well as nationally. For several of those years, I managed Enprise’s sales force for the New Zealand Southern Region, a territory spanning from Taupo in the North to Invercargill in the South. Currently, I’m leading the national sales effort again in New Zealand.
From the age of 8, I’ve been an avid soccer (football) fan and player for the Island Bay Football Club. I’m currently still playing, however am simultaneously catering for the multiple injuries sustained throughout my soccer career. I am a life member of club and acted as treasurer and club captain in my younger years.
When not recovering from injuries after the game, I enjoy taking my dog for walks in the hills with my children.

Phil’s extensive IT solutions experience makes him a perfect fit for our technical development team.
My role is to design and develop customised Exo integration solutions for Kilimanjaro’s clients, as well as develop Kilimanjaro’s proprietary Exo solutions such as Synkit, Dealers Online, Timesheets Online, and Scan Dispatch. As a freelance IT contractor since 1999, I have a wealth of experience developing IT solutions for a variety of businesses and industries. I have been a permanent fixture at Kilimanjaro since 2015.
My main strengths are database design, SQL, workflow design, middleware development, Windows Forms apps and SSRS report writing. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance, as well as being a former MYOB Developer Partner and CPA. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Biology at Macquarie University.
Support Consultant: MYOB Advanced
Providing support to our MYOB Advanced clients.
My role as a Support Consultant involves communicating with our MYOB Advanced clients via phone and email to help them with their queries and requests. I assist with a wide range of queries including everyday processes, requests for changes to reports, and helping to resolve issues that are raised by our clients, whether they are critical or not.
Prior to this role, I spent 14 years working for an Automotive Software provider, which included an accounting aspect. I began my time there as a support consultant, moved to management of the support centre, and then tried my hand at software testing. I really enjoy troubleshooting and feel a sense of satisfaction when resolving an issue for a client. Recently I moved to Wellington from Auckland, mainly to be closer to family but also because I felt it was time to move to a new city again having not originally come from Auckland.
Reshma offers Financial and Project Admin Support to both clients and her team.
My role at Kilimanjaro involves processing jobs accurately, assisting with MYOB licence upsells/ downgrades, and liaising with consultants. In my role I also look after client billing, answer account queries, and assist with bank and credit card reconciliations. Outside of Finance, I am also assisting with Project Administration and handling project-related correspondence with clients.
I have a Masters degree in Commerce and Accounts and have more than ten years experience in the field. I’ve previously worked in the Healthcare and Architectural Design industries where I have gained immense knowledge of project-based accounting. Additionally, I have experience working on MYOB Accountright and Xero/ Worlflowmax Accounting systems. Outside of work I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, yoga, reading, listening to music and would someday love to learn to play an instrument. I love baking cakes for my kids’ birthdays and, to be honest, I much prefer baking over cooking!

My 10 years’ experience as a support consultant (Exo and other products), combined with prior experience working in accounting has given me a ‘well-rounded’ ability to understand what our clients are trying to achieve and support them in finding the best solution. I consider I have the right personality to work in support and find it easy to communicate with clients and the team around me to find the best service for our clients.
Aside from work, my upbringing in Parkes seems to forever provide tips on country living and lifestyle, in particular, cooking. I love my cats, dining out with friends and travelling to different countries.

I am an enthusiastic IT specialist with over 12 years industry experience in differently sized ERP systems, various databases, and Business Intelligence tools. As a motivated member of the Payroll team, I work directly with clients to implement enterprise-wide instances of MYOB Advanced Payroll and Workforce Management in all stages of the implementation lifecycle including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment as well as post-go-live support.
I am a Human Resources and Payroll professional with a passion for working with my clients to drive and improve the performance of their business through the new system and their people. Outside of work I have recently applied for Law school as a part-time student because I have an interest in Employment Law, In my spare time, I enjoy taking part in ballet classes.
Stephen’s plays an important part in both of Kilimanjaro’s implementation and projects teams.
As a member of the implementations and projects teams, my role at Kilimanjaro firstly involves implementing MYOB Exo for new clients. Additionally in my projects role, I am involved in providing ongoing technical support and business improvement to existing clients.
My background is in public accounting, and am a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. I also have a keen interest in things of a technical or IT in nature.
What I bring to Kilimanjaro is a mix of accounting, IT and general ERP knowledge and experience.

Hello – my name is Stuart Branagan, and I’m employed here at Kilimanjaro in the role of a senior MYOB Exo consultant.
I’ve been working with the MYOB Exonet suite of products for nearly 6 years now, having moved up from Hobart (in sunny Tassie!) in 2006. Prior to that, in one form or another, I’ve been working in the IT sphere for just under 23 years.
I bring a wide variety of experiences to the role and to the tribe, ranging from being a support and data entry clerk to help desk consultant to systems and network administrator to support manager. Over that period of time, I’ve somehow managed to preserve a sense of humour, and find that being positive generally helps with managing any situation.
In between all of that, I took time out (as a mature-age student) to gain two degrees in Information Systems as well. I’m always willing to learn, always willing to contribute as much as I can but first and foremost always looking for a solution that best fits the client’s needs.
Finally (and don’t hold this against me) I enjoy following Geelong in the AFL and Souths in the NRL!
Consultant – MYOB Exo
Identifying client’s needs and providing the best possible solution to help them meet their organisations requirements.
As an MYOB Exo consultant, my role involves providing support and customization for the software. I also create customized reports through a clarity report designer to meet the client’s requirements
Before working at Kilimanjaro consulting, I completed my Master’s in Business Information and Logistics Management from The University of Western Australia. Prior to this role I worked as a Data analyst and have experience within the technology industry.
Senior Developer – MYOB Advanced
Tom collaborates with management, consultants and customers to identify and develop customisations to maximise the value of MYOB Advanced to new and existing clients.
I work with clients and other Advanced team members to build an understanding of the customers’ requirements and intended goals. Using that knowledge I then design, develop, test and install software customisations to give the end user a more efficient and functional ERP system.
Over 20 years of experience as a developer for a number of different ERP software providers. I have an understanding of accounting practices as well as experience in developing software solutions for procurement, order processing, project/service management, supply chain, manufacturing and 3rd party integrations.
Venus is a part of the Accounts Team and works to maintain a healthy relationship with clients.
As a member of the finance team, I aim to establish healthy relationships with our clients while following the company’s account policies and guidelines. I look after Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Job Costing, Bank Reconciliations and Billing.
I graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 and attained a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting. I now have over 10 years of experience working in this field across a variety of different industries. This included working with Microsoft Dynamics, MYOB, Oracle, BCC and BMD. I believe that my strong accounting background can bring efficiency to my team.
Technical Project Consultant
I am a Technical Project Consultant and bring all my knowledge and experience in IT with a willingness to teach and learn together with clients and the tribe.
I carry along with my team the responsibility for understanding and solving all the tasks facing the technical part and am responsible for implementing new/existing solutions and integration for our clients. This involves all parts of the development in tools like SQL Server as well as integration and implementation of 3rd party tools.
I am an accomplished, goal-oriented leader and IT Professional with 8 years of experience with systems optimisation and strategic IT solutions, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence development. I am a good team player who not only has outstanding knowledge in the field of IT but also possesses extensive experience in working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and experts. Looking to utilise my expertise and experiences to develop a long-term career with a future-oriented, reputable organisation.
Technical Project Consultant
I carry out API and SQL Database Development with Exo
I carry out Integration and Implementation of MYOB Exo API Integration. This involves developing in .NET framework with SQL Server databases as well as any other implementation/integration of 3rd party tools. I also provide 3rd level support for clients.
Together with my primary skills in SQL Server, SQL Server BI Stack and .NET, I bring the ability to integrate new skills to current skills for a greater compatibility score, suited for the current position. I would say I am the biggest geek and also a fitness freak. My personality is quite unpredictable. I enjoy working with 3 or 4 monitors full time and part-time I am a Playstation 4 and gym junkie. I am also a good drinking and eating buddy!
Wilson provides financial and administrative support to our clients as well as to the team.
My role is to liaise with clients and consultants to ensure licenses upsell or downgrades are prepared and delivered on time. I also look after accounts receivables, which includes client billing and enquiries, MYOB annual licencing, MYOB account reconciliation, commission reconciliation and credit card reconciliation.
As a member of the finance team, I aim to establish healthy relationships with our clients while following the company’s account policies and guidelines.
I have an accounting degree and have been working in a finance position for over ten years across different industries. My accounting system experience includes Microsoft Dynamics, MYOB, Microsoft Service Manager, Power BI, Asset Manager Pro, and financial modelling.

Yosh is an experienced account manager with a client-first approach who provides exceptional client experience and innovative solutions.
My role within the Kilimanjaro Tribe is to be a trusted partner to our current and potential clients. I achieve this by understanding the clients’ business needs and exploring technological solutions to support them to stay competitive and modern in the constantly evolving world.
With over a decade of experience working in Relationship Management, Manufacturing, Supply chain and as a Business Analyst, I come to the Tribe as an expert end-user with business acumen and a mindset of continuous improvement who could provide relatable and practical solutions to an array of industries and clients. Outside of work, while I love to spend time travelling and exploring new places and learning new things, as well as spending time with family and friends, I try my best to stay fit.
