MYOB Exo Employer Services 2026.02

Australia

The Australian version of MYOB Exo Employer Services 2026.02 includes the remaining Australian Payday Super changes for the Maximum Contribution Base and supports compliance with the Payday Super changes effective from 1 July 2026.

  • The Maximum Contribution Base (MCB) is now calculated annually, based on financial year-to-date qualifying earnings, rather than quarterly.

After upgrading, you will need to set the maximum earnings base for each superannuation record. To do this, go to Maintenance > Superannuation and enter the annual Maximum Earnings Base.

  • If adding a new superannuation record, set the MCB per quarter to 0.00 and the MCB per year to $270,830.00.
  • For existing superannuation records, leave the MCB per quarter the same and set the MCB per year to $270,830.00.

Pays with a physical payment date prior to 01 July 2026 still use the old Maximum Earnings Base per Quarter field. The annual setting applies to pays with a physical payment date on or after 1 July 2026. If the annual value is left at 0.00, no annual maximum contribution base is applied.
