The Statement will contain the number of pre-purchased remaining hours as of the end of the prior month. Discounted Hourly RatesHourly rates will be calculated based on your current hourly rate, less the negotiated discounted value at the time of consumption. The discount will be applied to the applicable hourly rate based on the nature of the work being performed. For example, after-hours work will be charged at the appropriate after-hours rate, less the Continuous Improvement Plan discount. Termination and Unused Hours The Contract may be terminated at any time by either party upon written notification sent to the appropriate accounts email address. The month in which the notification is received will be invoiced under the existing plan. Any unused prepaid hours will expire 24 months after the Contract is terminated.
