The Continuous Improvement Plan is a subscription-based agreement to help you access discounted consulting rates and make ongoing improvements to your MYOB Exo system.

- Prepayment of Invoices
- Invoices will be issued on the 15th of each month for the following month’s hours. Payment is due by the 30th of the month in which the invoice is raised.
- Hours must be prepaid in advance to qualify for the discounted consulting rate.
- Remaining Balance Statements
- A Remaining Balance Statement will be issued after month-end billing is completed, typically in the first week of the month.
- The Statement will contain the number of pre-purchased remaining hours as of the end of the prior month.
- Discounted Hourly Rates
- Hourly rates will be calculated based on your current hourly rate, less the negotiated discounted value at the time of consumption.
- The discount will be applied to the applicable hourly rate based on the nature of the work being performed. For example, after-hours work will be charged at the appropriate after-hours rate, less the Continuous Improvement Plan discount.
- Termination and Unused Hours
- The Contract may be terminated at any time by either party upon written notification sent to the appropriate accounts email address. The month in which the notification is received will be invoiced under the existing plan. Any unused prepaid hours will expire 24 months after the Contract is terminated.
