Who are Anexa Vet Services?
Anexa Vet Services have 13 clinics across the Waikato region of New Zealand. Anexa helps its farming clients by optimising animal production, improving animal health, and offering customised management systems. They also offer common veterinary services, grooming, and puppy schooling.
What catalysed the switch to MYOB Advanced?
Anexa Vet Services were working without integration of their separate clinics. They needed better information breakdowns than what their current, manual process could deliver. Anexa especially needed to be able to analyse each clinic and each of the business’ arms.
What changes followed the decision?
Anexa required a future-proof solution, and while they initially looked between Xero, Sage, and MYOB products, it was a demonstration of MYOB Advanced that gave them a clear understanding of its value. MYOB Advanced could also integrate the data from their various branches, especially between the finance and vet systems. MYOB Advanced also allows Anexa to gain information on all their clinics in real-time.
How are they now?
Along with the immediate benefits of integration, Anexa has found added value in MYOB Advanced’s supporting suite. They have taken advantage of the flexible reporting package and can see the potential to develop more in-depth reports in the future.
