MYOB Exo Employer Services: End-of-Life Announcement
MYOB has commenced the end-of-life process for MYOB Exo Employer Services. No pay runs can be processed in MYOB Exo Payroll after the end-of-life date. From November 2024, the annual licence that you have renewed is your final licence to access MYOB Exo Employer Services. You must migrate to an alternative solution before this licence expires.
As a result, you should explore alternative payroll solutions to replace your old solution. To continue managing your payroll within the MYOB software family, consider MYOB Acumatica Payroll – a powerful and secure system based in the cloud.

MYOB MyStaffInfo End of Life Announcement

MYOB has announced the End of Life for the MyStaffInfo module. From the 8th of October, 2023, you can no longer access MyStaffInfo, including historical data. You must migrate to a new Employee Self-Service solution before this time.

Please rest assured that these changes did not affect MYOB Exo Business.

What is MyStaffInfo?

MYOB Exo MyStaffInfo is an online employee self-service portal that is part of the Employer Services module of MYOB Exo. It allows staff to update their personal information, receive payslips, manage leave, and enter timesheet data without security concerns or infrastructure limitations. Managers and team members can communicate directly about leave applications and balances. All of this reduces the workload of your administration staff, allowing them to focus on more important responsibilities.

Key Features of MYOB Exo MyStaffInfo

MYOB Exo MyStaffInfo is fully integrated with the Payroll module of MYOB Exo Employer Services. Approved timesheets are synchronised directly into payroll, saving time and resources by removing the need to manually duplicate the entry.
