NutriSoil sows seeds in MYOB Advanced, and sees overall business growth

Fast-growing NutriSoil needed a CRM upgrade to better manage its large rural customer base. Following implementation, they were able to achieve better segmentation and reporting, as well as access the information from multiple locations, all thanks to MYOB Advanced.

Who is NutriSoil?

NutriSoil is an agricultural business seeking to create a super-powered, all-natural fertiliser to feed crops and soil. They retain a 6000 strong customer database across many different types and sizes of farms, hosting large educational events to demonstrate the power of their biological solution.

What catalysed the switch to MYOB Advanced?

The limitations of their existing software meant the company was spending extra time exporting its customer data to spreadsheets in order to make any sense of it. They needed a CRM to efficiently group their data together without the need to export and reformat it. 

What changes followed the decision?

NutriSoil can now build targeted customer hubs inside MYOB Advanced. This means that campaigns and follow-ups are more streamlined and no longer rely on paper-based enquiries and handwritten notes. Client management has also improved as the contacts platform of the CRM allows for a more personal follow-up.

How are they now?

Since implementing MYOB Advanced, NutriSoil has been able to host large events and follow up with its attendees quickly. The cloud-based functionality has allowed access to information from anywhere – helpful for a regional company with a requirement for travel. They have also saved a significant amount of time thanks to the removal of manual spreadsheet manipulation. MYOB Advanced can produce accurate and clear reporting with ease.
