By default, MYOB Exo was unable to handle this complexity. So, the Oriem team used spreadsheets and manual processes to manage these requirements, resulting in a disconnect in their overall process flow.

Oriem saw the value in moving this operational data into MYOB Exo. They also required additional in-app reporting and functionality to manage the process. After undergoing a Business Process Improvement Process, Oriem decided to use the Kilimanjaro Consulting Framework Application to create a bespoke Sales Order Management and Scheduling module.
