The MYOB Exo Payroll (AU) – Comprehensive Course is an online, on-demand course that provides users with the skills and knowledge to get the most from their MYOB Exo Payroll product. It is designed for MYOB Exo Payroll users who are responsible for managing payroll and payroll information.

Course Duration

Once you have enrolled in the course, it is available for 28 calendar days. Course modules take 30 minutes to 4 hours to complete, depending on the module. Each module is divided into small, 5-20 minute sections, giving you the flexibility of completing brief training sessions throughout your workday. The sections can be completed in any order, though we recommend completing them in sequence.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of payroll process and procedures
Understanding of your company’s payroll processes and procedures
Knowledge of the legislative requirements for processing payroll

Who should attend?

You should complete the entire course if you are:

This course mimics the above outline and structure but is suitable for the New Zealand Version of MYOB Exo Payroll.

MYOB Exo Business: Headstart

Consisting of six modules, this course provides a complete overview of the core MYOB Exo software. After selecting to attend this course, users can then choose to complete all six modules or a combination of the modules which best suit their role in the business. Module 1: Getting Started must be completed before proceeding to any of the other five modules, the full set of modules being:

Module 1: Getting Started
Module 2: Sales & Orders
Module 3: Purchasing & Stock Costs
Module 4: Maintaining Stock
Module 5: Receivables, Payables & Reconciliation
Module 6: GL & End of Period

MYOB Exo Business: Business Tools

This course is designed for MYOB Exo super users who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the MYOB Exo system. Therefore, this training course provides users with the skills and knowledge to make simple changes to key configuration settings in the Exo software.

MYOB Exo Business Report Writing

The MYOB Exo Business Report Writing course provides the skills and knowledge to modify existing and create new reports. All in all, the course consists of four modules. These modules provide the skills and expertise to modify existing and develop new reports and forms using the Clarity Report Writer. Additionally, it can modify and create new General Ledger reports using the GL Report Writer. In general, this MYOB training course is designed for users of MYOB Exo who want to take a hands-on approach to modifying existing forms and reports.
