Who is Eurotech Design?

Eurotech Designs had been struggling with the time and effort it took to use their existing Oracle system. Eurotech face a large number of transactions, dealing with retailers all across New Zealand, and needed a system that could handle the volume.  Significant gaps in their inventory management workflow also held back their team, wasting time trying to maintain the correct figures across several modules in the old system. MYOB Advanced Business is also software designed for ANZ organisations, they were able to bring local software into their operations, aligning with their company values.

What changes followed the decision?

Eurotech Design has seen significant improvements to all areas of the business after the integration of MYOB Advanced Business. The previous hassle of manual processing was eliminated by MYOB Advanced’s sophisticated Inventory Management module. Orders are now processed within a matter of minutes with an automatic invoice being sent upon completion. The faster processing leads to a better retail experience for their customers, strengthening their ability to support the New Zealand market. The system has also allowed for automatic financial reporting lowering the chance for errors and distributing stock with shorter waiting times.

How are they now?

Eurotech Designs have improved its overall business process and are able to continue to grow its operations across New Zealand. With greater inventory management and increased reporting capabilities, they can continue to provide their clients with world-leading brands.
