Lusty & Blundell is a major importer and distributor of stock all across New Zealand. They required a system to handle their complex stock requirements and foreign currencies. They also needed to make better purchasing decisions, and so needed deeper detail of their stock data. MYOB Exo has had positive effects all across the Lusty & Blundell business. The Service Manager module, exclusive to and developed by our team, helps manage their customers’ sophisticated service and maintenance requirements. This module operates the entire service division, taking care of bookings, repairs, warranties, and technicians. MYOB Exo also gives Lusty & Blundell the ability to take on detailed sales and margin analysis. They are always in control of the retail side of the business with fast and detailed stock turnover reporting.
How are they now?
Along with their partnership with Enprise Solutions, Lusty & Blundell have seen further improvements through regularly upgrading their MYOB Exo system. Such benefits include:
- Faster system responses and faster access to their regular functions
- More drag & drop functionality and shortcut hotkeys to speed up their actions inside the system
- Better serial number tracking for easier stock searching
